Q- HOW DO I MAKE MY CAR RESERVATION
A. Do make your reservation, please use our secured online reservation form from available on the site. Please ensure that you furnish all the required information as specified on the form.
Q- WHEN I SUBMIT MY RESERVATION FORM FROM WHERE DOES IT GOES TO?
A. Your request will go to our central reservations department in Subang Jaya and from there you will receive your confirmation no of the booking.
Q- HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RESPOND TO MY RESERVATION?
A. Within 24 hours and no later than 36hours. If you do not receive any response within 36hours, please email us or call us
Q- IF I DON’T HAVE 24 HOURS TO WAIT, WHAT CAN I DO?
A. You may call our reservations center at (03) 5638 1818 or contact our station here
Q- HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY RESERVATIONS IS CONFIRMED?
A. When you receive our confirmation, you will be provided with a confirmation no, which is a proof of the booking being entered into our system
Q- HOW WILL I GET MY CONFIRMATION NO?
A. Your reply will be via your email, if none, please provide fax or contact number or your handphone for confirmation via sms.
Q- WHERE DO I COLLECT MY VEHICLE?
A. Your pick location, will be as indicated on your reply confirmation form.
Q- IS IT ADVANTAGE TO BOOK EARLY?
A. Yes, the earlier the better, to avoid being disappointed.
Q- UPON BOOKING, I PROVIDE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS, BUT UPON RETURN OF VEHICLE, CAN I PAY BY CASH?
A. Yes, you may. The change that was made to your credit card will be reversed by way of a credit to the bank.
Q- IS THERE A MINIMUM PAYMENT I CAN MAKE INITIALLY, RATHER THAN TO MAKE THE FULL PAYMENT?
A. Yes, minimum payment is one day rental or 30% of the total rental cost (which higher- this does not mean that you can pay for the full cost of the rental)
Q- IF I DO NOT HAVE A CRDIT CARD, CAN I STILL MAKE A RESERVATION ONLINE.
A. Yes, you can. However to hold your booking we will need the minimum payment to be sent by cheque or money order or bank.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Q- HOW DO I CHANGE, AMEND OR CANCEL MY BOOKING?
A. Once booking is confirmed and you receive your booking/ reservation number, you can modify or cancel your booking by accessing your booking through the reservation number given to you.
Q- WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON CANCELLATION?
A. Our cancellation policy is a cancellation charge of RM100.00 for any booking cancelled within 24 hours of the date of pick up.
PAYMENTS
Q- WHAT TYPES OF CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED?
A. The cards accepted are listed on our payment page of the booking form. (Amex/ Visa/ MasterCard/ Diners).
Q- IS IT SAFE TO USE MY CARD ONLINE?
A. Yes it is very safe. Our site is using 128bit encryption so no one can see your details when you submit a booking
WEB RATES
Q- ARE THE RATES FURTHER DISCOUNTABLE?
A.Our web rates fluctuate based on demand and supply and for peak and non-peak periods. The rates indicated at any given time are final and no further discount will be entertained. These rates are lower than what you will pay if you walk in to a rental office.
Q- WHAT IS EARLIEST TIME I CAN COLLECT MY VEHICLE?
A. Upon opening of the respective rental office. Please refer to the business hours at our network.
Q- CAN VEHICLE BE DELIVERED TO A HOTEL?
A. Yes, we can deliver the vehicle to your hotel for a small delivery charge. Please refer to our delivery and collection chart.
MALAYSIA LAW
Q- WHAT DRIVING LICENCE DO I NEED, TO DRIVE IN MALAYSIA?
- All commonwealth country licenses are permitted for driving in Malaysia, for the duration of stay granted. Otherwise, it is preferred that an international driving permit is secured.
Seat belts are compulsory for front and rear passengers.
Q- WHICH SIDE OF THE ROAD WILL I BE DRIVING?
- You will be driving on the left side of the road in Malaysia.
Q- WHAT IS THE SPEED LIMIT IN MALAYSIA AND ARE SEAT BELT IS COMPULSORY?
A. Speed limits is vary. The limit on Highways is 110.km/ p/ hour. On non-highways it is 80km/ p/ hour. Seta belts are compulsory for front seat passengers only.
MISCELLANEOUS
Q- IS ENGLISH WIDELY SPOKEN IN MALAYSIA?
A. Yes English is widely spoken through the country. The other language widely spoken by the population at large is Malay.
Chinese and Tamil are also languages spoken by the respective communities.
Q- WHAT IS THE STANDARD TIPPING PRACTICE IN MALAYSIA?
A. There is no standard tipping practice in Malaysia. Tipping is at your discretion.

A.Malaysia has an equatorial climate with uniform temperatures throughout the year. There are some months of the year, which are wet than others, which are the last quarter of the year as compared to the other months.
