Rental
Driver
Hirer or driver must produce a valid Malaysia Car Driving Licence & NRIC or produce a valid International Driving Licence & Passport. Driving licence must have been held for at least 2 years. The named driver(s) and any authorized drivers must have at least 2 years of driving experience. The minimum age is 23 years and maximum 60 years.
Rates
For Transient Rental: All rates are quoted in Malaysia currency. Rental rates Rates include exclude insurance cover, vehicle maintenance, and unlimited mileage but excludes petrol but include unlimited mileage . Minimum charge is one-day's rate. Excess hour is charged at one-fifth of the daily rate for every additional hour.
Monthly and Longterm rental (On request): All rates are quoted in Malaysia currency. Rental rates Rates include exclude insurance cover, vehicle maintenance, and unlimited mileage but excludes petrol.
The Hirer shall pay for all Government Sales Tax levied on rental rates, optional benefits and miscellaneous items in accordance to the Sales Tax Act or any Government Taxes as may be imposed from time to time.
Insurance
Insurance cover is provided against liability for the death or bodily injury to third parties and for damage to property of third parties. It does not cover loss or theft of car accessories or personal belongings.
Damage to Vehicles
The hirer is responsible for the stated excess for loss or damage to the vehicle for each and every accident during the period of rental.
Collision Damage Reduction
The hirer's liability may be reduced by purchasing a Collision Damage Reduction (CDR) at the stated premium and a non-waiverable excess will apply.
Personal Accident Insurance (PAI )
Personal Accident Insurance cover is available at the stated premium and provides cover up to a total of RM100,000 (RM50,000 for the driver and RM50,000 in aggregate for the 4 passengers). Maximum medical reimbursement cover is RM1,250 each for driver and passenger(s) for any one registered hired vehicle.
Terms of Payment
The estimated rental charge for the period plus a security deposit is payable at the time of taking delivery of the vehicle, & the final adjustment will be made upon the return of the car and completion of rental.
Major credit cards are accepted - American Express, Visa and Master card. Hirer shall be liable for late payment interest at the rate of 1.5% per month calculated on a daily basis for any late payment.
Extension of Rental
Should the hirer wishes to extend the rental period, it is important that the renting station is informed immediately. An additional payment must be paid to extent the insurance cover. Failure to advise may mean the hirer is driving the vehicle without insurance covers.
Petrol
Each vehicle is supplied with up to half a tank of premium grade petrol, unless otherwise requested by the hirer or lessee. The hirer / lessee will have to return the car at the end of the rental or leased period with the same level of petrol. Alternatively, the hirer or lessee may opt to be billed for the petrol utilized.
Toll, Parking & Traffic Fines
Hirer or Lessee is responsible for all traffic & parking violations. It is the responsibility of the hirer or lessee to have the necessary toll charges and parking coupons.
Delivery/Collection Service
A service fee is chargeable for delivery and / or collection of car during office hours. A standby fee may be imposed for after office hours delivery and / or collection.
Cancellation
A fee will be charged for cancellation with less than 24 hrs prior notice.

Leasing
Lessee
The lessee can be a company or a private individual.
Leased Car
The lessee has a choice of selecting a brand new car or a car used by a previous lessee whose lease agreement has matured expired. In the case of the latter, the monthly rate is greatly reduced and is best suited to the budget lessee.
As a reputable lessor, all our leased cars are well maintained and serviced regularly to meet the ever demanding high standards of our lessees who are mainly large corporations and multi-national companies and professionals.
Leasing Period
The duration of a Lease Agreement varies from 24 months to 60 months depending on the capital cost and the make and model of the car preferred by the lessee.
Driver

Rates
All rates are quoted in Malaysia currency and are payable on anadvanced monthly basis. Rates are inclusive of insurance (unless otherwise stated), vehicle maintenance but excludes petrol. Minimum charge applies for certain lease durations. Rates include unlimited mileage and include free replacement of the leased car in the event of regular servicing, breakdowns or accidents but exclude negligence.
Insurance
The leased car is insured under a Comprehensive cover. Cover is provided against liability for the death or bodily injury to third parties and for damage to property of third parties subject to an excess amount which may be imposed by the Insurance Company.
The Insurance policy does not cover any damages to the leased car as a result of the negligent act(s) of the lessee which repair costs are to be borne by the lessee.
Toll, Parking & Traffic Fines
The lessee is responsible for all traffic & parking violations and Toll charges.
Delivery/Collection Service
A service fee is chargeable for either delivery or collection of the leased car during office hours at the commencement and maturity of the lease contract.
No service fee is chargeable if the leased car is collected and delivered after regular servicing.
